				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On behalf of Pelco Component Technologies (Pelco) and our divisions, Airotronincs, Trimax, Peltec Timers, STK Electronics, Flexcon and Pelco Electronic Manufacturing Services (PEMS), we are contacting you regarding the tariffs that we expect will be imposed in 2025.  Although we do not know the scale and/or the exact impact that the proposed tariffs will have, we do expect that they will inevitably have some impact on the business up and down the supply chain. </p>
<p>In that regard, we are already engaging our suppliers to begin working on and developing plans to address and mitigate, to the extent possible, the potential impact of the proposed tariffs on the materials and components that they supply to Pelco.  </p>
<p>As we are working with our suppliers, it is critical that we proactively collaborate with you and your team to identify and evaluate potential measures to mitigate the impact of the proposed tariffs on our respective businesses.  </p>
<p>We would like to meet/discuss with you and your team if possible, to discuss the situation and our strategies, options, and mutually beneficial plans to address this situation.</p>

<p>Available in various sizes, pins and sockets for hard-to-reach places, each connector is insulated to insure accurate and reliable testing.  Even in the tightest spaces, Flexcon connectors provide accessibility without damaging pins.  Flexcon connectors are durable and easy to use, each test connector is good for up to 50 bends with induction solder, not crimped.  We offer three hookup options: permeant hookup by capturing the wire down the barrel; in the side, capturing the wire with a screw in the barrel; or in the barrel itself through an interchangeable converter on a Banana Plug that allows you to change sizes quickly and easily.</p>
<p>Flexcon connectors have been in use for over 50 years and are NASA approved. In fact, Flexcon connectors have been a part of many manned and unmanned space flights. Flexcon test connectors can be found in use with many leading commercial airlines as well as missile testing and other military applications.</p>

<p><b style="color: #000000;"><b>The Peltec 102 Dual Time Adjust Repeat Cycle Timer is used widely in automated watering systems for a lot of the crops in our nation&#8217;s heartland.  The 102 repeat cycle timer is used in their systems to dispense pesticides into the spraying nozzles.  The 102 will turn on a solenoid for 10 seconds every hour to dispense the pesticides</b>.</b></p>

<p><b style="color: #000000;">FThe Pelco 182 timer is applied in various commercial and industrial kitchen applications. In a busy and hot environment under hood ventilation offers a consistent air turn over to provide a safe working environment, the Peltec 182 timer is interictal in maintaining the proper sequence. Likewise, a reliable fire suppression system is a life saving requirement. In the event of a power failure the Pelco 182 timer will keep the system active for a set period of time, thus allowing the system to do its job.</b></p>
<p>With True Off Delay Timers once the application of input voltage is applied, the output is energized. When the input voltage is removed, the time delay begins. At the end of this time delay, the output is de-energized. Input voltage must be applied for a minimum of 0.1 seconds to assure proper operation. Any application of the input voltage during the time delay will prompt a reset. No external trigger is required.</p>

<p><b style="color: #000000;">For motors used to shake filters, check out the Airotronics Repeat Cycle timers. The motor is turned on when an input voltage is applied and the &#8220;On&#8221; time begins. At the end of the &#8220;On&#8221; time delay, the load is de-energized and the &#8220;Off&#8221; time delay begins and turns off the motor.  The &#8220;On&#8221; and &#8220;Off&#8221; times set by the user will determine the length of time the filter is shaken.</b>.</p>

<p>TGKAD series Cube Relay Repeat Cycle (Dual Adjustable) On/Off timers are a unique combination of solid state timing circuitry with a relay output in a compact cube configuration.</p>
<p>The time delay for both the “On” cycle and the “Off” cycle can be individually adjusted.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2><i>Putting Power to Work with the </i><strong>MC Series Coin Counter</strong></h2>
<p><strong>The MC series Coin Counting Timers combine a Single Shot timing mode and coin counting capability with microprocessor technology for reliability and accuracy.</strong></p>
<p>Two 4-position binary dipswitches allow users to select the number of coins as well as the time period. The switches can accommodate from 1 to 15 coins and accurately set time periods from .5 to 7.5 minutes with excellent repeatability.</p>
<p>Options include an accumulation function, a last-coin alarm or an output to a coin counter. When required, the unit can be supplied with a fixed factory-set coin count or time period.</p>
<p>MC series coin counters come complete with a relay capable of switching loads up to 20 amps, 1.5HP. The electronic components are encapsulated in a 2.5&#8243; square package for protection from the elements.</p>

Maintained closure or actuation of the external initiate switch during the delay cycle will not affect the time delay period. When the delay period expires, the timer will reset to its original position and is ready for another cycle. Single Shot on Break: Power must be applied to the input voltage terminals continuously. Upon closing and opening an external initiate switch, the load is instantaneously energized and the time delay cycle starts. When the delay period expires, the timer will reset to its original position and is ready for another cycle.</p>
<p><strong>Timing Mode: </strong> Input voltage is applied continuously. After the correct amount of coins has been counted by the timer, the relay will energize for the selected time period. The unit will automatically reset, after the selected time period expires and is ready for another cycle.</p>
