Putting Power to Work in Automated Watering Systems:
The Peltec 102 Dual Time Adjust Repeat Cycle Timer is used widely in automated watering systems for a lot of the crops in our nation’s heartland. The 102 repeat cycle timer is used in their systems to dispense pesticides into the spraying nozzles. The 102 will turn on a solenoid for 10 seconds every hour to dispense the pesticides.
With Dual Time Adjust Repeat Cycle Timers at the end of the “Off” cycle the load is energized, the timer returns to the “On” cycle and the cycling is repeated as long as input voltage is applied.
Peltec 100 Series DIN Rail Timers are available in a wide variety of single and multiple timing modes including Delay on Make, Delay on Break, Recycle, True Off Delay, Multifunction and Star Delta. Timing ranges from 0.1 second up to 100 days. LED indicators for input and output. Coarse and fine time settings by rotary switch and potentiometer. These timers have UL and CE approvals and are RoHS compliant. DIN Rail case design ensures easy installation.

TIMING MODES:
REPEAT CYCLE also called Recycle Timer, Recycling Timer, Flasher
Repeat Cycle On/Off Delay :: Application of power to the input voltage terminals starts the “On” delay cycle. At the end of the “On” delay period, the load is de-energized and the “Off” delay starts. At the end of the “Off” cycle the load is energized, the timer returns to the “On” cycle and the cycling is repeated as long as input voltage is applied. Removal of input voltage will reset the timer to its pre-power condition.
Repeat Cycle Off/On Delay :: Application of power to the input voltage terminals starts the “Off” delay cycle. At the end of the “Off” delay period, the load is energized and the “On” delay starts. At the end of the “On” cycle, the load is de-energized, the timer returns to the “Off” cycle and the cycling is repeated as long as input voltage is applied. Removal of input voltage will reset the timer to its pre-power condition.
