2025 Tariff Impact Mitigation Strategies

On behalf of Pelco Component Technologies (Pelco) and our divisions, Airotronincs, Trimax, Peltec Timers, STK Electronics, Flexcon and Pelco Electronic Manufacturing Services (PEMS), we are contacting you regarding the tariffs that we expect will be imposed in 2025. Although we do not know the scale and/or the exact impact that the proposed tariffs will have, we do expect that they will inevitably have some impact on the business up and down the supply chain.

In that regard, we are already engaging our suppliers to begin working on and developing plans to address and mitigate, to the extent possible, the potential impact of the proposed tariffs on the materials and components that they supply to Pelco.

As we are working with our suppliers, it is critical that we proactively collaborate with you and your team to identify and evaluate potential measures to mitigate the impact of the proposed tariffs on our respective businesses.

We would like to meet/discuss with you and your team if possible, to discuss the situation and our strategies, options, and mutually beneficial plans to address this situation.
