New Customer Service Representative at Pelco headquarters

Pelco Component Technologies welcomes Rebecca Carducci as Customer Service Representative at the factory and headquarters in Cazenovia.

With seven brand lines of electronic components and manufacturing services, Pelco’s offerings are highly configurable, requiring accuracy, efficiency, knowledge and focus at every step.

Rebecca is responsible for developing and maintaining purchasing, manufacturing and shipping data as customer orders move toward delivery.
In addition to coordinating sales, ordering and production schedules, she is Pelco’s primary post-sales contact, keeping customers informed throughout.

Outside of work, Rebecca is a busy mom enjoying family activities in beautiful Central New York.
