JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform the 1^st and 2^nd test operations on standard timers following documented test procedures and verbal instructions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate two test fixtures for 1st and 2nd test functions at the same time.
• Meet production requirements and production schedule.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner, consistent with Company Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• Meet production requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of timer function and purpose.
• Ability to read assembly diagrams.
• Understand voltage and power supply hook-ups and follow instructions on test procedures.
• Be able to identify and separate non-functioning timers.
• Ability to resolve issues and problems.
• Ability to interact with others as a team member in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

CREDENTIALS/EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate.
• Have understanding of circuit board assembly.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Effectively operate 2 test fixtures at the same time.
• Be able to determine if failures are from test fixture or part failure.
• Effectively determine proper voltage of parts under test.
• Meet acceptable production rates.
